Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Exceptions
Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Cancellations
We accept order cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may have already been processed or shipped.
